Capital One is a Fortune 500 company with operations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Over the past five years, Sign Services Group has provided design and project management services to Capital One for the implementation of new signage at over 550 Capital One Bank retail and operational facilities throughout Texas and Louisiana and over 100 Capital One corporate facilities throughout the United States.
The design services we have provided include conceptual designs, “family of signs” designs, specifications and prototyping. We have provided site surveys, codes analysis and recommendation packages for over 650 locations.
The project management services we have provided include budget development and oversight, schedule development and oversight, vendor qualifications, preparation of bid documents, vendor selection, contract oversight, day-to-day vendor management and coordination, and final “punchlist” inspections.
